SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
After an order is placed, please allow 1-5 days for your order to ship.
We handcraft each item we send out. This includes creating, bottling, labelling and shipping. Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. Many of our items are made to order so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them.
Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
CANADA S H I P P I N G
Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through Canada Post. After leaving our facility, Canada Post typically delivers in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information (if selected) once your order has been shipped.
OUTSIDE CANADA AND THE US
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping but do hope we are able to do so in the future!
O R D E R I S S U E S
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) Please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to satisfy our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that occur.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
R E F U N D S + E X C H A N G E S
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com at any time if you are unhappy with your order. Due to the organic nature of the products, cannot accept returns. In most cases, refunds are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. However, in rare cases, we may accommodate cash refunds if the issue is due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we can arrange redelivery however, the buyer will cover the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages.
